soho house on song at the brits 2016

The Soho House X Universal afterparty for the BRITs 2016 was a roaring success, thanks to Soho House & Co staff

It’s the hottest event in the UK’s musical calendar, and – true to the form of previous years – Soho House & Co were on hand to throw the most exciting afterparty in London for the BRIT Awards 2016, on February 24.

This year, we teamed up with Universal to take over an amazing new events space, 180 The Strand, right in the heart of central London. Guests included Pam Hogg, the designer of this year’s BRITs statuettes, and stars Ellie Goulding, Lorde and James Bay, who were cutting a rug to Nick Grimshaw’s DJ set.

Of course, the event wouldn’t have been half as fun without the efforts of Soho House staff, who served up sliders and hot dogs to keep the party going.

‘Everybody worked their socks off and without them it couldn’t have been the massive success it was,’ said UK Club Director Joe Eva.

This photo from the night shows staff members tuning up for the evening ahead. Awards season’s a busy time for Soho House & Co all over the world, and it’s down to staff efforts that our afterparties are always the talk of the town – wherever that town may be.
