Kettner’s house punch

A wintry drink based on rum and Cognac, best served with a cinnamon stick and slices of dried citrus fruit


5 parts Earl Grey tea
1 part grapefruit sherbet
1 part apricot liqueur
2 parts Cognac
2 parts Banks 5 rum
1.5 parts Jamaican dark rum


Put all ingredients into a punch bowl, stir and add large chunks of ice and seasonal garnish like grapefruit, cinnamon or nutmeg.
